The courses include the study of traditional Italian and Tuscan recipes, the predilection for the seasonal ingredients and the preparation of dishes that highlight the typical products of different geographical areas, from Chianina beef, Cinta Senese, Porcini mushrooms, local Truffles accompanied by excellent wines that characterize the geography and culture of Italy.

The course offers a variety of classes with a duration depending on the time available to you. The lessons are taught in Italian and in English. You start the day by studying the recipes and then switch to the processing of food and finally taste the lunch or the dinner with a good glass of wine.
Each session includes the development of at least 4 dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The school is on hand to create tailor-made programs for groups with special interests.
