In 1996 opened the first School of Cooking in Siena where still teaches Italian and International cuisine, Tuscany and Medieval, Confectionery and Pasta sourdough for sweet and savory dough.
Connoisseurs and researchers of ancient recipes of Tuscany Kitchen and medieval, the school becomes a reference point for numerous industry professionals both Italian and foreign.
The course aims to provide participants, led by an experienced cooking teacher in gastronomic practice, the opportunity to learn the basic techniques of cooking and apply them for the preparation of the main Tuscan recipes.
During the lesson the trade sectors of food will also be addressed and the general criteria for assessing the quality and the main techniques of preparation and realization of the recipes.
It will be presented a complete Tuscan meal from appetizer to dessert, and after lunch with cooked dishes, drinks included.
